Everything was good, but we stayed for 6 nights only. The venue was relaxing, we really enjoyed the location down to lakeside, and mountain views. The buffet breakfast was served in the restaurant. The staff were perfect and highly professional, they offered an excellent service.

Decent location, tasty food for breakfast. Our king room was magnificent, with a very clean bed. Everything was very clean as expected, though the bathroom was very small. Staff were professional, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to downtown. Outdoor restaurant and pool bar were on site.

A nice size room, unbeatable location, best staff. Lots of supplies in the room : closet space, climate control and coffee. The hotel was spotless and the clean beach set near the property. The outdoor restaurant and GREAT bar, we liked them. We spent a good time here, would recomand to anyone.

amazing design and location in the safe area. the fabulous staff were more than helpful with any requests. i got free upgrade and enjoyed it. the outdoor restaurant offered amazing dishes, and the breakfast was tasty. early check in & the service was marvellous. central location, not very far from skyline gondola and luge.

I loved SUPER COMFY location and the exquisite service of the team. Staff were good trained, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. The room was great size, very bright, spacious bathroom. The pool was heated and good for swimming.
